Return & Cancellation Policy – TheDots Store

At TheDots Store, we take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted, handmade products that celebrate tradition, artistry, and quality. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligible Items: Returns are accepted only for items that are:

    • Damaged or defective upon arrival

    • Incorrectly shipped (wrong item or color)

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, made-to-measure items, and items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at Thedotsstore1@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, we will guide you on how to safely return the item.

  3. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at Thedotsstore1@gmail.com

  • After 12 hours, your order will be processed, and cancellation will not be possible.

  • In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
